Keith Emery - Krav Maga Instructor

Keith Emery, has 26 years in law enforcement and has been involved with various martial arts, starting with Tae Kwon Do in the 1980's. Keith started training in Krav Maga in 2006 and became a certified instructor, level 3 (civilian, military, law enforcement) and a black belt by 2011. He has since received his level 4 instructor certification (executive protection).

Keith decided on Krav Maga after becoming employed in law enforcement and realizing the unique struggles that profession presents. Since Krav Maga not only addresses self defense, it also includes sweeps, throws, locks and defense against weapons, this well rounded system was selected. Keith's real wold experiences has proven time and time again how effective the system is.

Keith was the first instructor certified by an Israeli Federation in Maine.

When choosing any KM instruction, ask the instructor when he was certified and by whom, and if their instructor is a Wingate certified instructor. Any legitimate instructor would be happy to provide this proof and if they cannot, be suspicious.

Jeremiah Levesque - Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Instructor

In 1993 I started my mixed martial arts career training in Shoto Kan Karate Then went on to  pursued BJJ training out of the Hawaiian Jujitsu Academy. I auditioned for and made the US Pacific Boxing Team in 1999. I restarted my training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Eduardo last year. I enjoy being active and training BJJ with my family.

Amy McRae - MMA Fitness & Level 1 Striking Instructor

In 2014 I joined what has become Titan Athletics re-igniting a passion for the martial arts that started when I was 13. Being surrounded by a great team atmosphere has encouraged me to continually accomplish my goals and make new ones including becoming a NASM certified personal trainer. I'm easily bored, so no 2 workouts are the same. You'll get a variety of different workouts to test you and help you accomplish your own goals. In addition to my passion for martial arts, fitness and training, I also love hanging out with my friends and family including a couple of dogs and a horse.

Jennifer Pottle - Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Instructor

Miguel Torres, Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Instructor

I have been training BJJ for 10 years, and still to this day I love it. I have competed and have won titles amongst some local grappling tournaments and organizations. I also train no-gi BJJ which I consider to be my favorite. It's safe to say that my grappling has been evolving over the years into becoming a leg-lock specialist not quite the expert yet 🙂 Since the beginning, I have trained with Eduardo and I have developed a friendship maybe even brotherhood with him. He is my mentor and also my instructor on the mats. BJJ is a part of my life not just a sport that I do.
